Stained Glass Misteltoe Hoop

On this course you will learn the techniques of copper foiled (Tiffany) stained glass to create a misteltoe hoop. You will be taught the skills of glass cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering and finishing. You will learn how to safely use the specialist equipment and materials that are involved in the stained-glass process, such as cutters, grinders and soldering irons.

In the session you will be able to make the glass misteltoe leaves and assemble them into the hoop using wire and white pearl beads for the berries. A hessian string is supplied for hanging.

This workshop is suitable for beginners or people with previous stained glass experience.

All materials and refreshments are provided.
